1. Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

2. Order and Product Downloads

3. Price and payment

 7. Malfunction

In case of malfunction of the downloadable product, PrestaLogik.ch may request to intervene in a remote way on the customer's site/shop, in order to make the corrections necessary for the operation. If the customer does not wish to communicate the connection information to the site/shop, no refund will be made.

8. Support and assistance

In case of malfunction (see Point N ° 7), PrestaLogik.ch undertakes to intervene on the customer's site within 48h, working days from Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 14:00 to 17:00. In case of extreme urgency, a Intervention may take place outside the time slot, but will involve an additional cost communicated beforehand to the customer.

Technical support and updates are included with the purchase of the products on the Site for an unlimited period of time. PrestaLogik reserves the right to suspend at any time and without notice the distribution of its products, in which case technical support and updates will no longer be insured for the products concerned.

8.1 Support Technology

The technical support concerns only the problems of installation and operation of the products, and in no case their personalization or adaptation to the needs of the customer. Moreover, technical support does not concern the use of the Prestashop solution in itself.

The technical support is provided only for products which have not undergone any modification by the customer or by a third party, and in the context of use according to the specifications indicated in the descriptions and datasheets (compatibility, Language...). 

All technical support requests must be made via the support ticket system PrestaLogik and are processed in 24h off weekends and public holidays. 

In some cases requiring direct intervention, PrestaLogik may have to ask the client for access to the administration of his shop and to his FTP server. Customer declares that they agree to waive technical support if they refuse to Provide these access to PrestaLogik 

8.2 Updates a Day

The compatibility of products with future Versions of Prestashop and the maintenance of their compatibility with the old versions of Prestashop are guaranteed to the maximum but are under no circumstances warranted. 

As the download links are automatically updated, the customer can download the latest versions of the products he has ordered from the Site at any time. 

8.3 Products purchased on Prestashop addons

The technical support is included with the purchase of the products on the site Prestashop addons for a duration of 3 months.

It is possible to subscribe to the Zen option in order to extend the technical support and to benefit from the updates for 12 months:

RELAX Option -Technical Support and updates for 12 months: The price depends on the moment of subscription of the option (42 euros HT when buying the product, 53 euros HT during the 3 months following the purchase of the product, 64 euros HT after 3 months) 

Beyond the subscribed period, the customer will have to proceed with a new purchase of the product to continue to benefit from the technical support and Updates. 

The technical support as well as the updates for the products purchased on the site Prestashop addons are ensured only via the platform Prestashop Addons. 

PrestaLogik reserves the right To suspend at any time and without notice the distribution of its products on the site Prestashop addons, in which case technical support and updates will no longer be insured for the products concerned.

9. Updates

The updates of the modules/software provided are valid for a period of 6 months. Once this deadline has expired, the customer will have to renew his purchase, but will benefit from a coupon proposed by PrestaLogik.ch.

10. License and Copyright

Each product comes with a non-exclusive license for a single website. To use a product on several websites, the customer either has to pay for the purchase of as many products as of internet sites on which he wishes to use it.

  • A product purchased = a license to use this product, valid for a single website

Product demonstration images (logos, illustrations, Products) serve only as examples and are not intended to be used by the client.

The purchase of products does not transfer any rights, except for the rights of use.

It is strictly forbidden to redistribute the products, whether or not modified, free of charge or by any means whatsoever.

Any infringement found may be prosecuted and will incur irreparable withdrawal of the rights of use of the products.

10.2 Copyright

11. Legal information
